The weather was lovely, and I had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room in a beautiful garden. the amenities, including a microwave oven, electric kettle, and fridge, added to my enjoyment. the hotel’s location is fantastic, just next door to Seminyak city square, making it easy to access shopping centers and popular spots like Barbacoa, Metis, Sardine, Baracca. I also checked out Picnic Point Reserve, which is only a short walk from the property.

The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The suites were a very good size, well equipped and well maintained.
The gym could benefit from a bench and more efficient air conditioning.

Absolutely everything. The staff, the cleanliness, the prompt attention to everything we needed, the breakfast, location. We are definitely going back next year and have recommended this hotel to a few people back home. The Spa was amazing and my friend spent every day getting some sort of massage or treatment. The girl was truly one of the best. We are definitely booking again with a bigger crowd.

The staff were fabulous - from the pool boy moving the lounges into the sun to those wonderful girls in the spa. The position of the Suites was fantastic - close to fabulous restaurants and an easy taxi ride to the beach.
It was often difficult to attract staff in the morning at breakfast to get a coffee.

Great location, overlooking the padi fields and away from the traffic madness. Very comfortable and all we need. Friendly staff.
The food is not very good. Room cleaning inconsistant, always had to ask for towels & drinking water.

The Spa with Nyoman was fantastic and she was very professional even though she had a dreadful cold.
The location was advertised as Seminyak so a little disappointe that we were actually in Kerokoban and the shuttle service was not always running as advertised... Daily...

sun baking, swimming,
Breakfast was not fresh, not much variety, pastries were old, staff could not speak english (very hard to communicate), our room was full of ants (we had to empty our luggage every day to get rid of the ants), after 11pm room service was no longer available.

Friendly staff, pleasant location, less crowded than Legian/Kuta. Some nice restaurants within walking distance - Metis, Sardine, Rustica. Short cab drive to Seminyak square and other top class restaurants eg Sarong, Ku De Ta etc. Pleasant uncrowded pool area.Roomy unit space with lounge and small kitchen
Tiny electric kettle, thin bath towels, poor coffee from restaurant.
